The struggle is real

Part of this journey to finding a new me has not only been emotional but has been physical. I have struggled with my weight ever since I can remember. This past month I was determined to get that scale to budge and in September I did medifast, weight watchers and keto ( I know psycho right). I keep looking for a fix for a problem that isn’t even diet related. I don’t love myself! Simple as that. I struggle with feeling like I deserve the life I live, success, and especially to be healthy.  I have worn that “fat suit” for comfort for so many years that I am struggling with letting it go. After listening to my favorite podcast, The Sweatpant Chronicles, she challenged us to say 5 affirmations a day about something that we love about ourselves. I have been implementing this practice and it’s incredible the things I do really love about myself . I have amazing eyes, incredibly strong calves, an awesome smile and teeth and I have a nice ass too:) I challenge each of you that may struggle in this area to take a couple minutes everyday and affirm what is incredible about you physically. 

I know you are dying to know what diet I decided to stick with and had the most success with, keto is the winner. I have loved keto because it is a lifestyle for me and I feel so much more energy and not deprived on the plan. Results to be posted at the end of the month!
