One of the things I practice with My miracle morning is meditation. I have been using this incredible app called Omvana. They have a free 7 day challenge you can do and I have been loving it. Today I moved on to Day 2 and have been working on gratitude. It starts with 3-5 things you are grateful for personally, then in your career and lastly about yourself. Today was incredible! Not only could I take my self back to those moments and feel those feelings, I was also able to see the smiles on my children and students face, I could hear the giggles of my students and even smell the crisp fall morning. If you have never tried meditation I highly suggest using an app similar to Omvana and trying it out. Below is a picture of ideas to get you started with a daily gratitude practice.
